Solar Power, Inc. Enters Agreement with Beutler Corporation to Become an Authorized Dealer

ROSEVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Solar Power, Inc. (“SPI”) (OTCBB:SOPW) announced today that it has signed a dealer agreement with Beutler Corporation making Beutler Heating and Air Conditioning one of the Company’s newest dealers to represent the Yes! Solar, Inc. product line. Beutler Heating and Air Conditioning has more than 60 years of experience and success in the residential and commercial HVAC business and has recently added a solar division to its operations which will carry SPI’s Yes! Independence SeriesTM integrated residential photovoltaic solar solutions as well as SPI’s commercial solar solutions. Beutler will offer the Yes!TM product line throughout all of its Northern California operations and service areas.
