Here Enterprises Negotiating for Acquisition of Solar Energy Company

LAS VEGAS, March 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Here Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HRTE), a growing developer of clean wind energy, has entered into direct negotiations to acquire a Texas-based solar energy company. Here Enterprises recently announced completion of the first phase of construction at its Cycle Ranch wind energy project near San Antonio, Texas. The Company is diversifying its renewable energy strategy, adding solar power to its wind energy development efforts.

Here Enterprises is in talks to acquire a solar power equipment and project development business based in Texas. Here Enterprises intends to acquire the solar company to accelerate the Company's expansion into the thriving solar power sector which, according to the U.S. Department of Energy, grew 44% last year (Energy Information Administration, "Electric Power Monthly", February 2011).
