Pace Global & Suntricity Introduce the Next Generation of Solar Technology to the Market

FAIRFAX, Va. and LAS VEGAS, Nov. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Suntricity Corp. ("Suntricity") has retained Pace Global Energy Services, LLC ("Pace Global") and Pace Financial Services, LLC to provide financial and commercialization services.

Pace Global's Business Development Agency agreement focuses on assisting Suntricity in establishing Manufacturing and Supply Agreements through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, licensing, mergers, and related transactions.

Pace Financial Services will provide Suntricity with financial structuring and advisory services.
